SERVICE LIMITATIONS
VOID CONDITIONS
The EV Specialists provide a 30-day warranty on qualifying repair work. Service coverage is valid for 30 days from the date of service. This policy is strictly tied to the specific repair invoice date and applies only to the parts and labor documented in the shop database. Additionally, any separate factory or manufacturer warranties provided by the vehicle producer remain independent of this local shop coverage.
Warranty coverage is automatically terminated in cases of external accidents, intentional misused of vehicle systems, or track-based operation. Unauthorized third-party modifications to the high-voltage system or proprietary software will void any claim eligibility. Wear-and-tear items and charging hardware are excluded from this professional service agreement unless explicitly listed as a warranted component.
SERVICE DISCLAIMER
I authorize The EV Specialists and their affiliates to perform the quoted repairs to my vehicle with the necessary materials. I give The EV Specialists and their affiliates the right to operate my vehicle for diagnostics/repairs as needed. I certify that my vehicle is insured with my state minimum requirements. The EV Specialists is not responsible for loss or damage to my vehicle and/or articles left in the vehicle. Please remove all personal items before drop-off. Payment is due once your vehicle service is complete. Payment must be made in full before you can take possession of your vehicle. Estimates are valid for 30 days, and I understand there is a daily $40 storage fee for vehicles that are not picked up in a timely manner.
